Market Research


Mountain View Corridor (MVC): For the MVC project, a local freeway project, I was on the research team to conduct quantitative and qualitative research in order to develop a well-executed strategic communication plan for the construction phase of the project.
  • Key-influencer interviews (media, local governments, opinion leaders, transportation industry)
  • Stakeholder contact analysis (residents, local governments, businesses)
  • Focus groups (pulled residents from the project areas)
  • Phone survey (surveyed residents in project areas)
This research enabled the team to create communication goals, strategies and tactics; to ensure the public is kept informed throughout the construction process.
